We are looking for candidates who have a natural flair for talking and understanding peoples’ concerns within a hospital environment.

You may not have worked within the NHS previously, but you will either have experience of working in a customer facing service or an environment where the experience of the service provided is a key priority for you.

You will need to be flexible and reliable with good interpersonal skills and able to maintain the confidentiality required in working in a patient environment.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
