Senior Clinical Fellow in Intensive Care Medicine - 6 months FTC, full time 40 hours per week
An opportunity exists to gain experience in Intensive Care Medicine in the setting of a large London teaching hospital. The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is a tertiary referral centre for Acute Liver failure, Liver transplantation, Hepato-biliary surgery, Vascular surgery and Infectious diseases.
We would welcome candidates from a wide variety of clinical backgrounds including Medicine, Anaesthesia, and Accident and Emergency. Airway skills are not specifically required and therefore these posts would be ideal for any candidate wishing to gain experience in Intensive care medicine and the recognition and management of the critically ill patient. Previous ICU experience is not required. You will be well supported by our dedicated team of 16 ICU Consultants.
There may be a chance to work for an additional 6 months at the Royal London Hospital after completion of this role.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
