Specialty Doctor in Community Gynaecology
Part time – 20 hours per week
Based at Royal Free Hampstead and Chase Farm Hospitals
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time post which will ideally suit someone undertaking research or in the process of doing so. It is based at the Royal Free Hospital with attendance at one surgical session fortnightly at the Chase Farm site.
We are looking for someone with ST3+ equivalent experience (salary will be paid in accordance to NHS terms and conditions).
There are no on call commitments and currently there are no out of hours or weekend duties.
An example of the daily duties (which are subject to change) are:
Monday a.m. – termination of pregnancy (TOP) clinic / p.m. – family planning (FP) clinic
Tuesday am – TOP clinic / pm – FP clinic
Wednesday – currently no clinical commitment
Thursday – fortnightly MVA clinic
Friday – fortnightly theatre surgical TOP at Chase Farm
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
